Maintenance is important when it comes to computers. Every time you access a program or internet page, files are being installed, saved or infiltrated into your registry. All these will contribute to your system performance deteriorating and possibly experience system errors.
RDS TechConnect can set up various Maintenance Packages depending on what best suits our customers. We will set up visits to your home throughout the 1 year contract. During these visits, the engineer will update your system if needed and run various diagnosis making sure that your PC is running as it should and safe from viruses and trojans. Our engineers will also be able to advise you on new / updated applications that your PC might benefit from. |

Gold Package - £54.99
This package provides upto 4 visits by one of our engineers per year in which 2 are maintenance visits and upto 2 call outs, you will only be charged if any parts are needed. You will be contacted to arrange a suitable date and time for the maintenance visits.
Platinum Package - £79.99
This package provides upto 6 visits by one of our engineers per year, this includes 3 maintenance visits and upto 3 call outs during the 12 months, you will only be charged if any parts are needed. You will be contacted to arrange a suitable date and time for the maintenance visits.
